Here is how to ask and answer a question about where you live. You can replace the 街 Street with other words from above (e.g. 路 road),

Q: Where do you live?

你家住哪儿？
nǐ jiā zhù nǎ er?
哪儿 = where

A: (for single family house)

我家住 X 街，123号。
wǒ jiā zhù X jiē, 123 hào.		My house is on X Street, number 123.

A: (for multiple-unit building)

我家住 X 街，123 号楼，123 室。
wǒ jiā zhù X jiē, 123 hào lóu, 123 shì.		My house is on X Street, Building 123, Room 123.
